A: Warranty 1 year for LED lighting system, 3 years for plastic casing.

Q: What’s your delivery time?

A: LCL short container: around 5-10 days.

FCL full container: 15 days for 20GP, 25 days for 40GP, 40HQ.

Q: What’s the payment terms ?

T/T : 30% deposit by T/T before production, the balance before delivery after your QC or our products, packing pictures.

L/C : 30% deposit by T/T in advance, the balance by L/C at sight.

Q: Do you make OEM and ODM?

2)  ODM: Customer provide design, or picture and size to make molding tooling for it. Tooling time around 7- 25 days depends on product size.

Q: How do you make replacement with quality problems ?

A: New replacement will be packed into your next container or send to you directly after receive video and photo about quality problems. All charges are covered to us.
